This free clinic from The Hospitals of Providence begins with a group run, followed by an injury prevention session lead by Dr. Caesar Zuniga.

Only a runner knows the feeling.  Whether it's for the feeling you get when you run a personal best, or simply to be your bestow e understand where you are coming from.  And of course, in order to keep you running, you must do your best to avoid injury.  Join The Hospitals of Providence for a special run -- open to all levels of runners -- and post-run injury prevention discussion lead by Dr. Caesar Zuniga.

Learn proper swimming technique to ensure efficient and safe swimming. This training clinic focuses on stroke technique (includes stroke, breath and conditioning work), and preparation for Mighty Mujer Triathlon.  This clinic is best for beginner and intermediate swimmers. 

Swimmers will learn and practice drills to increase efficiency, gain endurance, and correct form.  Please arrive ready to swim!  Bring goggles and a swim cap.  REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED & SPACE IS LIMITED. $25 per person. REGISTER HERE.
