January 20 (Saturday): Intro to Swimming Workouts & Stroke/Drills Clinic - 8am @ Pat O'Rourke Pool (901 N. Virginia)
This free clinic from City of El Paso Aquatics begins with classroom info, teaching triathletes and swimmers the basics of swim workouts and training plans. Attendees will then go to the pool to learn drills and have their freestyle stroke evaluated by an experienced swim coach. Space is limited -- sign up for this free session. REGISTER HERE.

February 22 (Thursday): Braking, Cornering and Shifting - Oh My!!! & Tire Changing - 6pm @ Crazy Cat Cyclery Airport (6625 Montana)
All you need to know about how to use your gears for climbing and descending. Stick around for tire changing instruction and practice! No ride at this clinic, but bring your bike to practice changing a tire. Free.
February 24 (Saturday): Swim Clinic 1 - 8am @ Pat O'Rourke Pool (901 N. Virginia)
Learn proper swimming technique to ensure efficient and safe swimming. This training clinic focuses on stroke technique (includes stroke, breath and conditioning work), and preparation for Mighty Mujer Triathlon. This clinic is best for beginner and intermediate swimmers. Swimmers will learn and practice drills to increase efficiency, gain endurance, and correct form. Please arrive ready to swim! Bring goggles and a swim cap. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED & SPACE IS LIMITED. $25 per person. REGISTER HERE.
February 25 (Sunday): Climbing and Descending - 8am @ The Hospitals of Providence Transmountain Campus (2000 Transmountain Road)
Learn the fundamentals for climbing and descending, and practice getting up those hills! Bring your bike, and come ready to ride. Free.
March 1 (Thursday): Strengthening & Stretching for Cycling, Swimming, Running - 6pm @ Podium Finish Sport Boutique & Cafe (921 Texas)
Join us for a strength and stretching session with Dr. Patrick Campbell from AIRROSTI for new and experienced triathletes, cyclists, runners and swimmers. This interactive workshop will include core and lower-back strengthening techniques plus stretching for injury prevention and performance. Please wear comfortable clothing for a light workout. Free.
March 7 (Wednesday): - Nutrition Basics for Endurance Events - 6pm @ Crazy Cat Cyclery - Kern (2800 N. Stanton)
Learn the basics of nutrition and how to make changes to maximize endurance. Nutrition can make you or break you during training and on race day! This clinic will serve as a guide to get your nutrition on track through training and across the finish line. Free.

April 8 (Sunday): GRAND OPENING FOR WESTSIDE POOL / FREE Swimming Video Analysis (details & registration TBA)
